What a great song!! I love to hear good songs by John Mellencamp, Tom Petty or Bryan Adams. They all have a quality that I like. Perhaps it’s in how they deal with things we all experience and relate to. It may be in the production quality and effective use of the instruments, the vocals, and the dynamics. Well, your song fits right in with these terrific songwriters and performers. And I think your vocal that makes it your own.

Love the guitar! Simple straight forward…make it the best you can…let it rain for a while but at some point you “gotta” wanna pick it up.
